Last summer in Oregon Courtney and Lexie together. (Age 10)

They grow up so fast. They are into different things then they were when they were little. It is hard to see how big and grown up they can be but It is fun to cherish their growth and see who they really become. Courtney really misses Lexie alot. She hopes to come out this summer and Hang out.

New year Promise!

I promise to update my blog more this year. I will try really hard. I know it has been a long time. SO He is the first one for the new year!

School has definately started.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Britney and Courtney are doing great in school and Britney is doing Internet High School also. She is very busy. Courtney started Volleyball and is at the school at 7:00am each weekday morning. She loves it. Britney just went down to Kanab to a Football game. She went down with Paul Jr. and Kristen, Mike and Jodi. She was able to stay in a hotel overnight with the cheerleaders and they had a ball. She just got home and her neck was really sore from Jodi and her head banging all night to music. She had a wonderful time.
I am working on a 14 day walk with Christ program with the Relief Society Presidency. It is an amazing spiritual program and it will be great when we have started it. Each day you do something that brings you closer to Jesus Christ. I can't wait to see how everyone will do. (including myself).
We are tired today and slowly getting the house clean. Aunt Nancy is coming today to visit and she just left Rock Springs and Mountain View Wyo.. She went up to see Cousin Gary's two girls she hasn't seen in a long time, and Aunt Linda. Aunt Linda had surgery on her foot and the foot is doing great but Linda is not doing so well. She has to see Joe's internist on Monday due to medication she was on from the surgery and it burned a hole in her stomach. Great huh? Some medication for some people shouldn't be taken even with food. Courtney and I went up to see her just two days after the surgery and that is when her problem started, while I was there, it was scary. She is stable though.
Paul and Marlene brought their tractor over and got down all the weeds in my side field and it is looking amazing. I am putting pictures on this site so you can see. I know to some of you it won't look like much but it is to me. It's the country, what can I say.

Wow too much rain!

Wow, today we have had so much rain that I 've had enough. The lightning and thunder about ran me out of town, (loud and scary). Carrie set up this blog today for me. I'm very grateful to her. I miss her and Aaron. I miss Brandon and Tamara too I wish they would consider a change and move home, (hint, hint). I'm happy if they are. We just want to spend time together with them.

Britney and Courtney are doing great here and Britney has decided not to become a cheerleader. She discovered that she wouldn't really have the time to get all her studies completed toward getting her credits caught up. I'm happy that she is being so responsible.

Kelly and Caryn came and visited Sunday-Monday and we really enjoyed them. We had all of Marlene's family over for a turkey dinner that was so good. Paul Jr. and his family was the only ones that couldn't make it.

Family is the most important thing in our lives besides the gospel. I hope that everyone feels the same way. We love you all. Until next time.
